Responsibilities:

1. Production Tasks:

   • Perform various manual tasks on the factory floor, including assembly, sorting, packaging, and labeling of products.

   • Operate machinery and equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines.

   • Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned production tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.

   • Adhere to quality control standards, including inspecting and reporting any product defects or issues.

2. Safety and Compliance:

   • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

   • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for specific tasks.

   • Report any safety hazards, accidents, or near misses to supervisors immediately.

   • Comply with company policies and regulations related to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

3. Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning:

   • Assist in the routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment.

   • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.

   • Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

   • Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling.

4. Teamwork and Communication:

   • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets and resolve issues.

   • Communicate any challenges, concerns, or suggestions to supervisors or team leaders.

   • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance improvement initiatives as required.

   • Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating respect, professionalism, and teamwork.

5. Quality Assurance:

   • Follow established quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards.

   • Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements to verify product quality.

   • Report any deviations from quality standards or potential product non-conformances.

   • Assist in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or relevant certifications are a plus.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform physical tasks requiring manual dexterity, standing, and lifting.

• Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is advantageous.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.

• Reliability and punctuality in attendance.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
