With 25 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, I have navigated the intricacies of talent management and organizational development with passion and dedication. My journey began in HR, where I cultivated a deep understanding of workforce dynamics and honed my skills in fostering employee engagement and driving organizational success.

Approximately 8 years ago, I embarked on a new chapter in my career by transitioning into the construction industry. In my role as an HR Manager, Operations Manager, and Lead Executive Recruiter I thrived in the fast-paced environment, leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering results that exceeded expectations. It was during this time that I recognized the opportunity to leverage my expertise to address a critical need in the industry.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact and empowered by my successful tenure as an Operations Manager, in 2021 I made the decision to branch off on my own. I founded Native Resolutions, an agency specializing in providing temporary and permanent workforce solutions to businesses within but not limited to the construction, landscaping, and household management industries.
